Photo studio Munich

The photo studio is located under the roof of my flat in Munich (Hochriesstr. 7a, Berg am Laim, Germany). There is enough space for a variety of different kinds of shootings. And the cosy atmosphere invites you to a successful photo shooting.

The equipment offers everything that's needed for a professional photo shooting:
Different backgrounds, Hensel studio flashes, various light formers etc..

I found an important passion pretty early in my life… the photography.

That’s more or less the way, usual profiles of photographers start. I’d rather like to tell you more than my curriculum vitae. And that’s why I’ll give you also some information about my personality, the motivation for this homepage and my current special areas within the wide field of photography.

When I think back to the days of my childhood, my fascination and excitement for all the beautiful things in life come quickly in my mind. I’m especially interested in nature, animals and people, as well as in their mutual interaction. Due to this fascination I developed my individual perception of these elements in our world.

The strong need to travel and discover new and foreign countries and cultures is probably the cause of my excitement of new experiences and human encounters. On the other side travelling has always been an important part in my life. The first trips on my own, like Ecuador, Thailand and Mauritius made me kind of addicted to travel to countries far away.

Australia followed quickly, and I had the chance to live and travel there for one year… without any time pressure or any fixed plan.

Fantastic wonder worlds of foreign countries attract me nowadays in the same way as the direct contact to people, their culture and lives do.

In combination with the possibilities of the photography, I enjoy to keep, freeze and transmit such magical and impressive moments of my live permanently.

It’s no wonder that I collected heaps of negatives and pictures in paper form, until I finally switched to the digital photography in 2006. It’s a pity that all those pictures never left their folders in my cupboard. But the digital photography offers me now the chance to spread and share my pictures.
And that is also the main reason for implementing this website. I want to share my most beautiful experiences and feelings. Everybody having fun to get soaked into it, should have the possibility to give it a go.

Of course I want to give you some details of my personal background as well.

I was born in 1982, in Stuttgart (Germany).

In 2002 I started to study business at the FH Nürtingen and finally finished it successfully in 2007.

After my 1-year stay in Australia I came back to my home town again. At the moment I live in Stuttgart and work in the field of online marketing for main business.

I enhanced my practical experience in photography continuously by doing smaller and bigger projects for private use mainly, by doing travel pictures during my numerous trips through the world and part-time jobs (e.g. documentations of special events like birthday parties, weddings, congresses, fairs and portrait shootings).

Additionally I concentrated a lot on literature of different areas concerning taking and processing digital pictures. This autodidactic and continuous advanced training gave me a lot of knowledge in the field of photography.

Other fields of personal interests are especially sports. I spend hours with snowboarding, (wind-)surfing, climbing, but also motorcycling. Furthermore it is very important for me to meet with friends regularly. The exchange of thoughts with other people increases my individual quality of life. Sometimes I also play the guitar (if there’s enough wine and good moods available).
