For me, the Memorial a Jose Marti in the Plaza de la Revolucion is one of the most impressive buildings in Havana, especially because it was immersed in deep storm clouds at the time of my visit.

A little insider tip is the view of Havana from the top of Edificio Bacardi. If you're lucky, the building's terrace is currently open. Best to ask at reception. Most of the time you are completely alone here and can enjoy the wonderful all-round view.
